How We Build a Cropped T-Shirt
1. Pattern and Spec Sheet Confirmation
Crop length, silhouette and fabric are confirmed on a spec sheet before cutting starts. For private label programmes with a specific length-to-body-width ratio, we work from your reference measurements rather than scaling a standard block.
2. Sample Approval
One sample is produced against the confirmed pattern for your sign-off, so crop length and proportion are approved on a physical garment before bulk cutting begins.
3. Cutting and Sewing
Garments are cut and sewn on our own floor using the graded pattern, with crop length held as a fixed measurement across every size in the run rather than scaled proportionally.
4. Three-Stage Quality Check
Fabric is inspected before cutting, hem finishing and crop length are checked in-line across sizes, and every garment is checked again before packing to confirm it matches the approved sample.
5. Shipping
Orders ship within 12 to 18 working days to any of the 35 or more countries we export to, on DDP terms so import duty and VAT are settled before your shipment arrives, or on FOB terms if you’d rather clear customs through your own forwarder.
