Star Faith International manufactures patchwork hoodies that combine multiple fabric panels, often in contrasting colours or textures, finished with embroidered logos or motifs across the seams and panels. Because cutting, piecing, and embroidery all happen on our own floor, panel alignment and thread registration stay consistent across every unit in the run.

Patchwork construction starts with a panelled pattern rather than a single-piece body block, so contrasting fabric sections are cut, joined, and top-stitched before the garment is assembled. Embroidery is then added either to individual panels before piecing, or directly onto the finished hoodie, depending on where the design needs to sit relative to the seams.
