Star Faith International manufactures rugby uniforms and jerseys for club, school, and league programmes that need heavyweight fabric and reinforced construction able to survive scrums, tackles, and grip contact throughout a match. Cutting, sublimation printing, and reinforced sewing all happen inside our own facility.

We manage full squad name-and-number sets from a single roster spreadsheet, along with sponsor and league patches, captain markers, and home-and-away colourway variations. Private label packaging with individual player bags is available for club and league orders.

From Artwork to Shipment

We confirm your kit design, fabric weight, and full roster of names and numbers on a proof sheet before production begins, then produce one sample jersey for approval, including a grip-stress check on the collar. Once signed off, the squad order is printed, cut, and sewn to the roster, shipping within 12-16 working days to any of the 35+ countries we export to.
