A puffer jacket’s warmth comes from insulation trapped inside stitched fabric compartments called baffles, which prevent the fill from shifting or clumping to one area of the garment. We control baffle size and stitch spacing at the pattern stage, since smaller, more numerous baffles generally trap heat more evenly than fewer large compartments, at the cost of a slightly heavier finished garment.

From Artwork to Shipment
We confirm shell fabric, insulation type, and fill weight on a spec sheet, then produce one complete sample jacket for approval, including a warmth and loft check. Once the fit and insulation performance are signed off, jackets are cut, quilted, filled, and sewn, then quality inspected before packing, shipping within 14-18 working days to any of the 35+ countries we export to.
