Factory-direct, full-colour direct-to-garment printing on premium cotton t-shirts — manufactured in-house with a low minimum order of 50 pieces per design.

Custom DTG Print T-Shirt Manufacturing

Star Faith International manufactures custom DTG (direct-to-garment) printed t-shirts for streetwear labels, private label brands, and merchandise programmes that need full-colour, photo-quality artwork without the setup costs of traditional screen printing. As a vertically integrated apparel factory, we cut, sew, print, and finish every t-shirt inside our own facility — which means your design moves from artwork file to finished garment without ever passing through a third-party print shop.

Direct-to-garment printing works by applying water-based ink directly onto the surface of the fabric using a specialised inkjet print head, similar in principle to printing a photograph onto paper. Because the image is built up digitally rather than through layered screens, DTG handles gradients, fine detail, and unlimited colour combinations in a single print pass — at the same cost regardless of how many colours your design contains. This makes it the preferred print method for photographic artwork, detailed illustrations, and small-batch runs where screen printing's per-colour setup fees would be uneconomical.

Why Brands Choose Our DTG Printing

  • Photo-quality colour reproduction — gradients, shading, and complex multi-colour artwork print with the same clarity as a digital photograph, something screen printing cannot replicate cost-effectively.
  • Low minimum order quantity — our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design, per colourway, making DTG a practical option for new brands, limited drops, and sample runs.
  • Soft, breathable print finish — ink bonds into the cotton fibres rather than sitting on top as a raised layer, so the printed area feels close to identical to the rest of the garment.
  • Wash-durable results — a controlled pre-treatment and heat-curing cycle keeps prints resistant to cracking and fading through repeated machine washing.
  • In-house production control — because printing happens on our own factory floor rather than being outsourced, colour consistency and turnaround times stay predictable across repeat orders.

Fabric, Fit, and Customization Options

Our DTG print t-shirts are available in 100% ringspun combed cotton or a 50/50 cotton-polyester blend, with fabric weight options ranging from 180 to 220 GSM depending on the drape and durability your design calls for. Garments can be produced in regular, oversized, boxy, or slim-tapered fits, with size grading from XS through 4XL — including custom size charts for private label programmes that need a specific fit profile.

Every DTG order can be combined with additional finishing services at no change to the standard minimum order quantity. Popular combinations include all-over or edge-to-edge printing, embroidered logos layered alongside a DTG graphic, garment washing for a vintage or acid-wash finish, and full private label packaging with woven neck labels, printed inner labels, hang tags, and branded polybags.

From Artwork to Shipment

Once you share your design file, our team reviews it for resolution and colour-profile readiness before producing a single pre-production sample for your approval — a standard step that lets you confirm print quality, colour accuracy, and garment fit before bulk production begins. Approved designs then move into pre-treatment, printing, and heat-curing on our production floor, followed by a quality inspection and packing before export. Most bulk orders ship within 10 to 14 working days of sample sign-off, via air freight for smaller shipments or sea freight for larger volume orders heading to any of the 35+ countries we currently export to.

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background, at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. PSD or AI files are also accepted and allow our design team to make adjustments if needed.
No. Because DTG prints digitally rather than through screens, there is no per-colour setup cost — gradients, photographs, and complex multi-colour artwork all print at the same price as a single-colour design.
DTG is generally more cost-effective below 200 pieces per design because it requires no screens or setup charges. Screen printing becomes more economical at higher volumes with simpler, fewer-colour artwork.
Our pre-treatment and heat-curing process bonds ink into the cotton fibres rather than sitting on top of them, which keeps prints flexible and resistant to cracking through normal machine washing.
Yes. We produce one pre-production sample per design as a standard step in our process, so you can confirm print quality, colour accuracy, and garment fit before bulk production begins.
Yes. Woven neck labels, printed inner labels, hang tags, and custom retail packaging can all be added to a DTG order at no impact on the standard minimum order quantity.
Our standard minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per design, per colourway. This applies to both new private label customers and repeat bulk orders.
We export to more than 35 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, using air freight for smaller orders and sea freight for larger bulk shipments.
